Yes, there are some good options apart from doing the traditional Master courses (MBA, MCA, M.Sc, etc.). If you're interested in a government/ banking sector job, then you can apply for the different exams like SBI PO, IBPS PO, RBI Grade B/RBI Assistant, SSC-CGL, etc.
Nowadays, there are people from varying backgrounds appearing for these exams. You can do some specific certification courses related to chemistry/ zoology, which guarantees a good salary package and job satisfaction.

You can get a job as medical lab technician if you have completed your B.Sc. A Master's degree is always an added advantage. But you haven't mentioned the stream of your graduation so I cannot be confident enough if you get your Masters in microbiology because mostly microbiology and biotechnology graduates are preferred for such course. Yes, they do consider class 12th marks, but to get selected for DU, you need to score well in JEE Mains. Admissions are done on the basis of class 12th and JEE Mains result. But, getting selected for that college is to qualify/ get a good result in JEE Mains.
