Yes, you can appear for NEET and AIIMS 2019 as you meet the eligibility conditions.
For AIIMS 2019, the eligibility is:
A Candidate appearing for AIIMS MBBS examination must attain 17 years of age, by December 31st of the joining year.
Candidates who are born after 2nd January 2001 are not eligible for the AIIMS 2019 examination.
A candidate must have passed the 10+2 or higher secondary or any equivalent examination such as I.Sc or Senior School Certificate for CBSE.
The candidate is required to have studied Physics, Biology, Chemistry, English in the main course and attained a minimum aggregate of 60%.

<p>Yes. NEET PG 2025 registration dates were announced. Registration began on April 17, 2025. May 7 was the deadline to submit application form. Candidates have to register first to submit application form on the official website. After successful registration, application ID and password is sent on the email ID and registered mobile number. After registration, candidates have to login, fill personal and academic details, choose exam centre, and pay exam fee to complete the application process.</p>

Yes, you can change the photo in the application form. This information is present in the NEET 2018 brochure.
You can change the following credentials in the application form:
Identification Identity
1.Date of Birth
2.Gender
3.Category
4.Disability Status
5.State Codes of Eligibility
6.Medium of Question Paper
But you should be careful as the no. of attempts to edit the application form are very limited. You must go through all the information very carefully.

The NEET counselling procedure is done by two authorities:
1. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC): MCC does NEET counselling for 15% of the All India Quota (AIQ) seats. To participate in AIQ NEET counseling, you have to register on the official website of MCC "mccdotnicdotin". Currently, round one seat allocation has been done for NEET UG 2022. We can’t predict the college where you can admission through your NEET marks.
So, you are advised to visit career360, Motion IIT JEE or HT Campus.
You can get admission in private college, as you belong to OBC category.

For admission into MBBS or BDS in government medical colleges general category, your score should be around 450. Below this score, its less predictable that you'll get admission into government medical colleges. So you can expect private MBBS.

Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4 lacs P.A (tuition fees) in a common scenario. Still, I see that chances are very less.

The Cutoff ranks for the General AI category candidates closed at <strong>418</strong>.
