You are not eligible for becoming an air hostess/flight attendant as your height is too less. You can get into ground services though. There is no height criteria included there. Minimum eligibility criteria include:
Minimum age: 19 years, Maximum: 24 years
Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university.

Primarily because it is an administrative headache (not an impossible task, just another painful task for people who are already overburdened)- and the people there (inside IITB) don't care as much about the issue as the people from the political parties that want the name to be changed. They really do want to do better and more productive things than to pander to the whimsical desires of politicians on this name-change brouhaha.

Eligibility for M.Sc. Physics is as follows:
1) 50% aggregate pass marks in Bachelors degree (with physics or Maths) or its equivalent.
2) The marks for admission may vary from institute to institute. Many colleges conduct entrance exams for entry to their M.Sc. courses.
So, yes you are eligible for studying M.Sc. in any college.
