Ramaiah - This one has an entrance exam and its generally very tough to crack but his success rate is ~ 85%.
VISION40 and IIT ACADEMY are the best options in Hyderabad.

As long as you are prepared on the micro presentation topics and aware of current affairs and have good communication you would be able to manage the GD/PI rounds. You will have a micro presentation where you will be given around 2 mins to talk on a topic given to you on the spot. Then you will have Group Discussion. On the next day, you will have 2 verbal assessment and followed by interview.
