Good to see see that you are interested for medical. But in India there are 1000+ coaching centres with very good reputation. So kindly mention the locality where you want to prepare.

Ramaiah - This one has an entrance exam and its generally very tough to crack but his success rate is ~ 85%.
VISION40 and IIT ACADEMY are the best options in Hyderabad.

Attempt as many tests as possible. Take test in the duration mentioned for actual CAT.
