It is not possible for me to calculate your percentile because it is totally depending on how many students appeared for the test and also how much marks they obtained, to know your percentile you must go to the official website of the board and get your percentile according to the rules and regulations of the university. The best you can get is K.J Somaiya (being autonomous) and one of the best in terms of research and academics.
You can also go for PICT if you have great interest in computing and coding related fields.
Also, RCOEM will be a great choice with your marks, you'll get core in it .
MIT-Pune (be a bit expensive) has a good ranking and will be worth your education.
Also, do try for COEP till the last round, hopefully, you'll end up getting core or chemical in it .
