When PUBDET results are announced, ranks are issued for each candidate. However, the list of candidates eligible to take part in PUBDET counselling process is released separately on WBJEEB's official website. Only those aspirants who are eligible will be able to take part in the counselling/seat allocation process. The counselling and admission process will be conducted on the basis of merit and candidates will be allowed to appear for the counselling round only as per the date and time mentioned for them as per their rank.

Candidates can view and download their PUBDET result from the official website of WBJEEB by using their application number and password. Structure of the M.Tech Entrance Exams
The GATE examination comprises of only one paper which is of 3 hours duration. It contains 60 questions. The paper carries a maximum of 100 marks. The question paper consists of only objective type multiple choice questions. The candidate will be provided with four alternate options. If you have a good GATE Score then it might become easier for you to get into a good institution and after that you will get Teaching Assistant Ship in that institution. In case, even you don't have good GATE score, then also there are institute that provides TA ship and many of the colleges have special scholarship for Obc and other reserved category students. Before taking admission, check whether the scholarship is available in that institution or not. For that, you can check their website or call them directly.

As far as I know, no it's not part time course, it's full-time course. Otherwise, go with IDOL where you don't need go for daily lecture, you can only go to the college for exams.
