Hello Saurabh,
The admissions earlier were not based exclusively on entrance exam but combination of this and marks of 12th. Hence trying to compare with this year is futile since now it's based only on MHTCET.
After the exam is over, some sites will come up with college predictor. That will tell you about possibility of admission in MIT.

Hi Arpit,
MHCET cut-off of MIT-Pune likely to lie in between 120 -140. So you need to score something around that to get a good branch there.

Whether it's MHT CET or JEE Mains or any other entrance exam, principle of preparation remains same. Perseverance, hard work & practice is the troika that one should remember always. My advice to you us study every subject every day. Take mock test every week. Find weak areas and try to improve these.

MHT CET shouldn’t pose much of a problem to candidates who are already preparing for other competitive exams like JEE Mains and Advanced. This is because the exam has been and is expected to be a notch lower in difficulty level than JEE Mains.
- It is important to know the syllabus well. CBSE applicants must look out for the topics in MHT CET syllabus that are not covered in CBSE and study them. Particularly, in the case of physics, one finds that topics like Semiconductors, Interference and Waves have some extra theory that should be prepared separately.

Hello Hamzah,
It is best to give both the exams, although it is not compulsory to give both of them.
It would be better to give MHTCET though. Minimum criteria for the same is 50% in 12th.
