Educational criteria for admission in B.Sc. Agriculture:
The basic eligibility criteria for B.Sc Agriculture Science, is 10+2 or equivalent with Science subjects with a minimum 50% marks. Duration of the course is 4 years and the admission to most of the institutions is based on merit or performance in the entrance examination conducted by the concerned institute/ university or on the basis of marks obtained in the ICAR Examination. For admission in B.Sc agriculture the colleges do consider state entrance exam i.e CET. So, you have to take it. But don't worry as these exams are easier as compared to the national competitive exams. You can easily score good marks if you study hard.
Eligibility for B.Sc in Genetics:
The basic criterion of eligibility needed to be met for admission to the course is a Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification from a recognized educational Board, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects and a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
B.Sc. in Genetics: Admission Process
Admission to the course is based on the candidates performance at the 10+2 level. A few institutes however, shortlist students based on their performance in an additional entrance test conducted at their own level.
