Yes, you can prepare for CET in 45 days. Brush up all the basic concepts and work hard on all the subjects. Also, after you are done with the syllabus, you can give mock papers and sectional tests.

Hello Hamzah,
It is best to give both the exams, although it is not compulsory to give both of them.
It would be better to give MHTCET though. Minimum criteria for the same is 50% in 12th.

At the outset, congratulations for your good percentile in JEE Mains paper 2. you can get seat in any of the architecture college in India. If you are aiming to top institutes then it is not a piece of cake.

Please check for your eligibility to pursue a paper technology course from the criteria mentioned below. Eligibility to pursue a paper technology course:
A candidate is considered eligible for Diploma in paper technology if he has obtained an class 10 pass certificate and possess a Secondary School Leaving Certificate. A candidate who passed class 12 is preferred over the other candidates. The minimum age requirement is 15 years and the candidate has to appear for an screening exam before getting admission. I hope you are doing well. You can go for both exams counselling and look on which exam you have higher rank and can get best college with it. If you have higher rank in JEE go with it and if you have good rank in MHCET, go with it.

It is not possible for you to get any government college with those marks as the government colleges cut-off goes much high. You can opt for some to the private institute which will be a better choice.
