AIIMS Raebareli does not run a separate entrance. It is part of the central MCC NEET UG counselling. You will see multiple rounds: Round one, Round two, followed by a mop up and stray vacancy round if seats persist. After every round, closing ranks for each category are published on the MCC portal. So effectively, you get four snapshots of cut offs. State domicile does not apply because AIIMS seats are all India quota. Track the MCC notices closely, lock your choices sensibly and be ready with documents for fast reporting.
