Hi, Eligibility criteria for admission to Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. ). Programs, including IT (Information Technology), can vary depending on the college or university. Generally, admission to B.E. Programs is based on a combination of factors, including 12th grade (or equivalent) marks and entrance examination scores. While a 43% percentage in 12th grade may not meet the eligibility criteria of many colleges and universities, your MHT CET score of 120 marks is a positive aspect. Hello Aarya Admit Khariye, let me explain. When we talk of cutoff, it means that students below this level are not allowed to take part in the process. Like the cutoff prescribed by IIT's of 75% marks in 12th. Even if a student stands in first 20 in JEE Advanced he / she will be denied admission if this student has not scored required marks in 12th exam. In Maharashtra, MHT CET is the entrance exam and Maharashtra government has not announced any specific cutoff for good technology course. So if you do well in this entrance examination, you can get admission. Best wishes to you.

Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad, is accredited by AICTE and offers 30 courses across 2 streams, namely engineering and IT. The college accepts admission based on the score in the MHT CET test. It releases closing ranks for admissions to various B.E. Courses on the basis of MHT CET results. The cutoff varies for different courses. For instance, it was under 29500 closing rank for BE Mechanical Engineering, whereas it was under 3500 closing rank for the CSE branch in 2021. As a result, depending on your category and branch cutoff, you could get into this college with 106 marks in MH-CET.
