<p>Overall there will be 100 questions asked in the exam from Pre and Para Clinical Subject. Out of these 100 questions around 17 questions will be based on Anatomy section. Along with it, the same 17 questions will be asked from Physiology and Biochemistry sections as well.&nbsp;</p><p>Students are advised to attempt all the questions which are asked in the exam as it does not have negative marking scheme.</p>

<p>CUSAT CAT exam is much easier than JEE Mains. Although the total number of questions in CUSAT CAT is more than JEE Main, the difficulty level of questions is low in comparison to JEE. The syllabus of both exams are same and include class 11 and 12 PCM topics.</p>

I think you can get admission in MBBS because I have read in Lokmat newspaper that the cut-off for MBBS in private medical colleges is 145 for open and 118 for SC category candidates.

With 302 marks, you may not get an admission in Govt. college be it for MBBS or BDS.There are few colleges which take admissions by charging huge amounts of donations. So if you are financially strong and interested in this stream then go for it. You can even take a year gap for NEET so that you can score more marks next year and get a Govt. college. If not then there are many other career options too.

<p>NEET score card is valid for admission to the current academic session only. NEET 2025 result cannot be carried forward for admission to the 2026-27 academic session. Hence, in case a candidate fails to qualify for NEET 2025 or unable to take admission in that academic year, then they have to appear for NEET next year and seek admission. Beyond a year, the NEET scorecard will just be another document or a record to prove the appearance in NEET.</p>

Last week of January will be the last date to submit the application form of NEET. Fee for OBC / general category candidates is INR 1400 and for SC / ST / PH candidates it is INR 750.

Yes, AIIMS and JIPMER conduct admissions on the basis of NEET result or scores. After the implementation of the NMC ACT NEET is the sole entrance examination for admission to UG medical courses in India. Earlier, AIIMS and JIPMER used to conduct their own entrance exams which were scrapped in 2020. The admission to these institutes will be done through the counselling process conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under the 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats.
