HELLO HARSH ROJIA
As per the recent eligibility criteria for NEET candidates who have passed class 12 with Biology as an additional subject are eligible to apply for the exam. However, it is important to note that studying Biology in both classes 10 and 12 is required for MBBS. Therefore, you can appear for NEET with Biology as an additional subject in class 12, but you may need to fulfill the eligibility criteria of your desired medical college or university which may have additional requirements. It is always best to double-check with the institution you wish to apply to and confirm their eligibility criteria before applying.

Further, you can check a private nursing college that might accept NEET scores too. As NEET is mainly for MBBS/BDS admissions, direct admission or separate entrance exams may be available in some colleges for B.Sc Nursing; hence, it would be advisable to explore both... View more

Your chances of being chosen for a state quota seat at Government Doon Medical College (GDMC) Dehradun in the Mop-Up round are good if your NEET 2024 score is roughly 610. Following the main counselling rounds, which frequently have somewhat lower cutoffs, mop-up rounds are held to fill any open seats. The competition is still fierce because GDMC is a well-known government medical college, but your score puts you in a good position. In order to guarantee prompt participation in the Mop-Up round, it is important to keep an eye on the official Uttarakhand counselling updates.
