It totally depends on the branch you are opting for. If you have reservation then you have chances to get top college (COEP). Please do mention the branch you are interested whenever you ask for a cut off or you want to predict college with your rank or your marks. You might have a chance if you have any reservation criteria else give it a try. You have very great chance to get into this institute with this rank. Attend the counselling and choose your options appropriately. Try Shiksha college predictor for better analysis.
Yes, there is a chance that you will get textile or production branch in VJTI in 2nd/3rd round. But you should also know that textile and production branch is not as good as other, so if you want to change branch then you need at least 8+ pointer in 1st year. Getting 8+pointer is not difficult so you have good chances that you can flip the branch. Best of luck.
B.Tech CSE is a 4-year undergraduate engineering course on practical and theoretical knowledge of computer hardware and software. The minimum eligibility for this course requires passing class 12th/ Higher Secondary Examination in Physics, Mathematics, and English with a minimum of 50% marks.
Thank you.
There are many colleges for Computer Science Engineering, but it all depends on your rank and your marks in JEE Mains, and your class 12th percentage through which you will get colleges.
What is your HSC score? For getting admission in any engineering college you require HSC score and JEE or CET score. The weightage (percentile calculation) will be, 50% HSC score and 50% CET score, if the percentile is above 90 then you will get admission. Also, if you belong to any reserved category and you are ready to get any branch then if you will get admission even if your percentile is 85 or above, you will get COEP.
All the best.

The cut-off for each exam is declared separately. In the following article, we have prepared a list of cut-off marks for the year 2016. The cut-off for 2017 is expected to be along the same lines as previous year cut-off. The cut-off is declared in the form of the minimum marks which a candidate must have scored in order to secure a seat in the desired program. The cut-off marks are declared separately for the different categories. Well, 135 to 170 is previous cut-off for some good colleges.

And for the marks you’ve scored, there is a bleak possibility for you to get chemical at LIT, Nagpur. Well I guess that should be your 1st preference. Secondly, there are a lot of colleges offering chemical as well as food engineering.
