<p>MCC will provide dates and schedule for NEET PG 2025 counselling special stray vacancy round. Special stray vacancy round is held if MCC reduces cut off. I don't think you will be able to secure a government seat with that rank. There may be exceptions if you are in a state like Assam. You can try good private colleges or courses other than MBBS like BHMS.

268 marks is very less for admission into medical colleges of India. For government medical colleges you need around 500 and for private colleges you need around 400.
