You must have a minimum score of 6.5 to be considered for admission at UM as per the university's admission requirement portal. You can contact the university directly for more information or confusion.

I don't think so because usually for this course, the cutoff is high but it you may consider the previous year cutoff of DU to get an idea of 2018 cut off:

You can give preference to DU, BHU, Jamia, Central University of Rajasthan, Central University of Haryana. You can also preference to Central University more near to you.

Hello Sujit Mondal, if I may say so you are ranking in SC category at about 13000 is perhaps not good enough to get you a SEED in any NIT or GFTI. I am saying this because of the following calculations for your benefit. All the national level institutes accepting the rankings of JEE Mains examination have a total of just about 40000 seats. You may not get any best government college based on your score in JEE mains, but you can apply for some best private institutions. Some best universities are still accepting applications for engineering.

UPES has offered handsome packages in CS branch. As there are many specializations, the package varies from branch to branch. The highest package offered was around 16 Lacs per annum. In my knowledge, the max package in MMM from ON campus placement has been about 6.5 lacks per annum. Although people have gone for higher packages in the off campus placement. What eventually matters is the ability rather than the college. So, choose wisely.
