Simple but significant,

Dear aspirant,
It's great connecting with you. If you entered the details in the Application form wrong and missed correcting them. In that case, unfortunately, nothing can be done because NTA doesn't make changes to your application form on your behalf nor does it entertain any changes to the application form once the correction window has been closed.

Yes, you can do choice filling in round 2 of NEET UG counselling. MCC regulations state that you do not have to re-register if you already registered for Round 1. MCC will then release the lists of students who were assigned to medical and dental colleges for round 2. After this round, a fresh process for the mop-up round of NEET UG will be done by MCC. This process is the same for state NEET counselling too.

No, NTA will not postpone NEET 2023. Even though a number of candidates are requesting the exam authorities to postpone the date, NTA or the MHRD has not responded to the requests or announced any decision regarding this. Over the past two years, NEET exam date has been delayed owing to the pandemic situation, which has affected the overall academic calendar. To bring back normalcy, NTA has scheduled NEET UG 2023 in May, similar to the pre-pandemic era after much brainstorming and assessing other entrance exam dates. Moreover, since the application process is underway, it is unlikely that the NEET 2023 exam date will be postponed now.

To score maximum marks in a competitive exam like NEET you need to make sure following points:- Firstly, having the knowledge of all the concepts. Secondly, you've practiced a good number of questions in specific time so that you can manage to complete your exam within given time. Thirdly, attempt the paper strategically - avoid negative markings by attempting only those questions for which you know the answer - don't waste your time on questions you don't know - attempt short questions first and also the scoring subject should be solved first.

Yes, you can upgrade from Deemed University to state quota in the second round of counseling. Counseling in deemed universities is done through All India Rank. Counseling in state universities is done through the state quota and in private colleges The management quota seats will be conducted through the state counseling authority. For deemed universities, there will be a second round followed by a mop-up round. Now, after the first round, there is a provision for a free exit. And you can participate in state quota seats and be admitted there without any penalty. This information is based on the new MCC rule.
