There are many ways, distance learning courses are available. You can also register for open universities. But remember that you need to have at least 5 years (2+3) gap after 10th.

You can still continue your studies. I would recommend completing your intermediate first and opting for some bachelor's course. If you still want to work, you can opt for distance learning education along with that.

1. no substitution to hard work
2.have practical orientation
3.read .read .read.not only related to studies but even outside curriculum
4.Make friends.stay away from young age attractions
5. Never let a child in you die
6.Keep on exploring new avenues
7.if possible participate in some project or internship, even though your university may not make it compulsory.
8.Give importance to ENGLISH COMMUNICATION.
9.SET GOALS EARLY

You can choose subjects related to psychology, education or social work, or might choose an unrelated major. If choosing an unrelated major, the student will need to take some electives in psychology.
You need to specialise in one particular stream.

To become a scientist you need to first complete a Bachelor degree and then you need to complete a master degree after Successfully completing you need to gain real life work experience. You can also pursue a doctorate degree. Best of luck.

In case of submitting an online application by the Head of the concerned school, it is required to submit a scanned copy of the Certificate that the online data has been verified from the school and found to be correct in all respects. Failing to do so will lead to the rejection of the online application form. In case of incorrect submission of the application, which has not been verified, and any errors noticed in the data submitted online by the school, the matter for departmental action shall be placed before the Director of Education against the Head of the concerned school.

I would say instead of going for distance MBA in finance why don't you go for full time MBA in finance and along with it give your M.Com exams. That would be a win situation for you. Your work experience of 2 years would be like a cherry on the cake while you appear for your GD and PI.
