Yes, MHT CET is needed for B.Sc. Forensic Science at RTMNU Nagpur. Candidates should pass the MHT CET exam and finish their higher secondary education (10+2) with at least 50%. This entrance test is important for getting into the program, so prepare well and review the official guidelines for updates.

Hi Vishal,
Here are my best tips on how to cope with two exams in one day.
1) Be very well prepared.
As soon as you know that you'll be having two exams in one day you need to start planning for it. It's of no use thinking that you'll cram on the evening before. It's also no use thinking you'll cram the evening following two exams in one day for an exam you might have the day after. You need to plan to make sure all that knowledge is firmly fixed in your head in advance so there is no last minute work to do.
2) Be well organised.
You should aim to take as much stress and strain out of the day as possible by being orga... View more

It totally depends on the branch you are opting for. If you have reservation then you have chances to get top college (COEP). Please do mention the branch you are interested whenever you ask for a cut off or you want to predict college with your rank or your marks. You might have a chance if you have any reservation criteria else give it a try. You have very great chance to get into this institute with this rank. Attend the counselling and choose your options appropriately. Try Shiksha college predictor for better analysis.

If you are a general category candidate, the cutoff is 190+ for CS IT,
185 + for Mechanical, electrical. You can expect little low cut off for electronics and civil around 180 or 175 for civil for production its 165+ and for textile it is 140+.

79 Views Posted 8 years ago

Answered by

Yes, there is a chance that you will get textile or production branch in VJTI in 2nd/3rd round. But you should also know that textile and production branch is not as good as other, so if you want to change branch then you need at least 8+ pointer in 1st year. Getting 8+pointer is not difficult so you have good chances that you can flip the branch. Best of luck.

Your percentile (50% weightage to HSC score and 50% weightage to CET score) is 61.38, so you will not get COEP. But there are various good colleges in Pune, you can apply for them and you will definitely get a good college.
All the best.
