For admission in CS and IT, anything around 150+ is a safe score.
For ENTC, it can be around 120.
Check the college website for details.

Through MHTCET, you can opt for BE/B.Tech or B.Pharma/PharmaD only. You can decide between the two and after the course decide for the right set of colleges based on your marks in the exam.

From 2016 onwards, students have to appear for MH-CET. So, the number of marks you need to score in CET depends on the branch, you are aiming for.
Below mentioned are the score needed for a particular branch:
1. Computer/ IT: 170/ 200.
2. EXTC: 160/ 200.
3. Mechanical: 170/ 200.
4. Electrical: 150/ 200.
5. Civil: 145/ 200.
6. Metallurgy: 140/ 200.
7. Production: 140/ 200.
8. Planning: 125/ 200.

I am sorry to say but you are not eligible to take admission in NIT through MHT-CET score.
Admissions in NITs are done only on the basis of JEE Mains paper 1.

Every year, a students get some marks. If the topper scores 92 marks out of 100, then it will be calculated as 100 percentile. Therefore, you need to score decent marks and it will be converted into percentile.

You have to try and contact the counselling office of MHT CET admission as soon as possible. There might be a chance, else if you have given JEE. Do not forget to fill the JEE Mains counselling form, Hope this helps! All the best for your admission!
