Since it has an AIR of 21,636 in NEET, admission to a government medical college in Gujarat on the general quota is not expected, as government college cutoffs for MBBS are generally more. You will have a prospect of admission from state quota in some government colleges, particularly for reserved categories or for other studies like BDS or allied health science. It is better to refer to the cutoff trends of the respective year and also opt for applying through counseling for MBBS as well as other medical courses. Private colleges' management quota seats may also be a consideration.

With a NEET score of 341, a rural certificate, and being in category 3A (NCL), your prospects of getting a medical seat under the government quota can differ depending on the state and the number of seats available. In general, the cutoff scores for government medical colleges are higher, but being in a reserved category and having a rural certificate can enhance your prospects.

For the most recent and precise information, I suggest looking into the respective state's counselling process and cutoff details

Hope this Helps!

However, it may be challenging depending on the state's seat availability and competition. Many private colleges in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra offer MBBS seats at this fee level. Admission, however, is determined by the cutoffs for the specific year as well as the demand for seats. Participating in state-level counseling and researching lesser-known or emerging private colleges may increase your chances. It's best to apply to multiple colleges to broaden your options.&...
With a NEET 2024 rank of 625786 and a score of 289, admission to a government medical college is extremely unlikely with the competitive cutoffs for MBBS and BDS courses. You might have a possibility in private medical colleges, deemed universities, or for courses such as BAMS, BHMS, or other allied health sciences courses. It's important to think about taking part in the counseling process and opting for private colleges with possibly lower cutoffs. You can also research institutions that teach paramedical or nursing courses where the cutoffs are more relaxed.
