According to me no, RVR and JC College of Engineering does not offer admission with PCB students to the B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering program. For the B.Tech CSE course, the eligibility is that a student should have studied in his or her 10+2 level with physics, chemistry, and mathematics. Math is a compulsory subject for any course of engineering, and without it, no student can apply for these B.Tech programs-CSE. That's why pcb students can not do BTech.

There are many courses available in software/computer field like BSc in CS, BSc in IT, BCA, B.tech CSE etc. Among these the best you can pursue is B.tech in CSE. Computer science engineers are highly paid and get good starting salary packages provided they have good skills and knowledge. So go for the best colleges for B.tech CSE to get good learning, exposure, faculty and placement assistance. Top colleges are IITs, NITs and there are some good private engineering colleges which you can consider like BITS pilani, VIT, DTU, UPES & UTM Shillong . You can check admission and eligibility on website of these colleges. Good luck :)
