You can still continue your studies. I would recommend completing your intermediate first and opting for some bachelor's course. If you still want to work, you can opt for distance learning education along with that.
Repeating 12 from different stream is not the right option. However, if you have a strong interest in different stream then it is up to you.

Failing to do so will lead to the rejection of the online application form.
