I won't say that it isn't possible but as per your need, you have to score well in MAT/ CMAT/CAT exam. Then, you can get some average institutes like:
Asia-Pacific institute of management, New Delhi
ISMS, Pune
MAARC B School, Bangalore
Durga Devi Saraf, Mumbai.
Shanti B-School, Ahmedabad ( 50-50 chance).
Amity university, Noida Campus
etc.

If you are high achiever in graduation, go for MBA from prime institutes like IIMs. There are now more institutes in different parts of the country, and the ministry of HRD has recently asked the prominent institutions to double the intake. For that, you need to crack CAT entrance examination. This is the best option for serious students. For the medium achievers, any good university with a set of trained faculty in management subject, and a good accreditation will be an ideal choice. For this, you need to qualify MAT or XAT exam.

Hello Rahul! It's impossible to get admission into a good B-school without appearing for any entrance exam. SCMHRD is the best B-school in Pune for pursuing MBA in HR. But for getting admission you need to give an exam called SNAP, clear the required cutoffs, appear for the interview rounds held and perform well there. https://www.shiksha.com/mba/exams/snap Here's the link for more details about it.
