To get into top colleges you need to score well. I would suggest you to take the exam again and study hard this time. To get admission into top colleges, you need at least 80 percentile in your exam.

You need to apply for colleges. You can see application form dates are announced for various colleges before the results are out like MDI - Gurgaon, ICFAI, SP Jain and others.
After filling the form, they will check your CAT score, academic profile and work profile. They will shortlist 3 times the number of seats based on your CAT score and profiles mentioned above. They will conduct a GD/PI or WAT/PI round to finally select the students.
