It's still not too late to start something new. Last two years must have taught you lots of practical things which would have not been in any college curriculum. You can do graduation after your gap from 12th passing till date. But a single year graduation exam is not advisable. They are practically of no use howsoever the institutions advertise about them. There is no use of such a certificate other than decorating the wall.
