Perfect Answer doesn't Exist!,

It is difficult to get admission in any of the courses with this score in NEET. It is better to go with some low tier colleges which take admission even if the marks are less in your locality.

The marks obtained is quite low dear, on the basis of this score one cannot access admission in the college for MBBS. You can prepare one more time and get a score higher than this. A better score such as 560+ or so. Then, you can get a seat in good medical colleges. All the best.

You will have to appear for counselling round for the allotment of college. Look counselling is not done on score basis, it depends on rank of candidate. It is a quite good score to be in for private medical colleges. The NEET cutoff 2019 candidates belonging to your category have to score min. 119/720 marks for qualification in NEET.
