From this year onwards, Tamil Nadu government has scrapped this exam for determining merit in admission to engineering colleges. Instead, marks obtained in class 12th exam will decide this. However, everything else will remains same.

Collect all the old questions papers and analyse what type of questions are asked then start noting down the chapters one by one as per your interest. Start practicing all those chapters. Read newspaper, books and other stuff to increase your GK, vocabulary, etc. Also, read case studies for better reference.
MHCET or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is conducted by Maharashtra state government for admissions to first year BE/B.Tech programmes in the state.
The Syllabus is the same as the Maharashtra state board syllabus of class 11th and class 12th.
So, you will be having the same syllabus as your HSC board.
JELET (Joint Entrance Examination for Lateral Entry) 2018 is an offline exam and a state level examination conducted by WBJEEB (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board). It is scheduled to be conducted on June 24th, 2018 or admission to 2nd year (3rd semester) in a four year degree course in Engineering/Technology/Pharmacy under lateral entry scheme.
The syllabus is quite same as the syllabus of class 12th Maharashtra Board. So see the syllabus of Maharashtra Board and prepare according to this.
AIIMS entrances have their Syllabus mentioned in their respective entrance exam websites which are almost same every year. It consists of NCERT topics plus few more which is available on site for MBBS entrance.
