<p>You can try in NIT Agartala, Sikkim, Meghalaya, or Pudducherry but it's tougher to get in top NITs with a CRL rank of 20,000 in JEE Mains and as a SC candidate.</p>

First of all, congratulations for getting a decent rank in UPTU. But why are you scared about colleges? You may definitely get the government college (IET, KNIT Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi, IERT Allahabad) with decent branches like CSE or IT.
