The UGC NET exam is a national level exam held to determine eligibility for lectureship, JRF fellowship, and Ph.D. The NTA has decided to conduct the NET exam twice a year in online mode. The upcoming UGC NET is scheduled as follows:
UGC NET Application Procedure: 1 to 30 September 2018
UGC NET Admit Card: 19 November 2018
UGC NET Exam Date: 18 to 22 December 2018
UGC NET Result: 10 January 2019
The admit card for UGC NET December exam has been already released.

Hello Surriya,
You should start your preparation early and choose the right coaching. You can clear your basics from NCERT and solve exercises. For physics, you can solve HC Verma. For mathematics, you can solve RS Agarwal, then go for NCERT books.
For JEE preparation, you should study for at least 4 to 6 hours in a day to get a decent rank. You should focus on your weak areas and solve previous year questions. There are many chapter, which you should mainly focus on like:

Yes, IFMR accepts CMAT score. Last year, the cutoff for CMAT was 91 percentile. However, IFMR follows profile-based shortlisting. Work experience, achievements and overall academic record will also be given consideration.

For the entrance, there is no such syllabus. There are two sets of written exam: CAT (Creative ability test) and GAT(General ability test). CAT checks upon your drawing skills and your designing skills, basically the creativity of one. GAT checks upon your basic English grammar, Logical reasoning, basic Maths (usually till class 10th) and how much updated you are with current affairs and your general knowledge. So, this sums up the so called 'syllabus' that you need although NIFT doesn't declares any specific syllabus for the entrance.
