The duration will depend you how quickly you are able to clear each level. Normally it will take a minimum of 3 to 4 years to complete the course. You need to begin with enrolling for the CPT level first. On clearing this level, you can enrol for either one group of IPCC or both. On clearing one group you can enroll for the articleship training for 3 years. Along with this you need to complete orientation course of 35 hours and 100 hours of ITT training. On clearing both the groups you start preparing for the finals. You can appear for the exam six months prior to completing articleship.

There are plenty of professional courses available for commerce graduates to choose from.
For commerce students, one of the easiest things to do is go for B.Com then M.Com and then maybe PhD or professor.
There's also an option to go for CA, CS, CMA and at times LLB . The mainstay of commerce students for years now.
One also has the option of lesser known courses like FRM, CFA, CPA, actuary among others.

There are no colleges for CMA. ICMAI/ICWAI is an autonomous body. It conducts all level of exams in all over India and abroad. There is a study center cum branch of ICAI in all major cities in India. Preparation of CMA is completely dependent on student’s self-study preparation. Some good training institutes are available. Follow the website of ICMAI for details.

No, the exam you will give for this year will be valid for this year's admissions only. Also, if you have not cleared all your exams in 12th, you will not get the mark sheets and certificate for 12th standard, making you ineligible for admission.

Corporate Controllers may find their way to their job with only a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance, though at larger corporations a master's degree may have a higher chance of getting hired. Controllers have a lot of responsibility, and can expect to be paid in kind.

If you do not go to the end, why...,

30th April, 2017 is the last date for registration of Articleship, if you want to appear for final in November 2019. As you have to complete your 2 and half year of your article ship before 31st October, 2019. To be eligible for giving CA final exam, you must have completed 2.5 years of article ship. So, if you want to give CA final exam in November 2019, you should get yourself registered by at last by 30th April 2017. Otherwise, your attempt will shift by 6 months. Since the date has already been passed get yourself registered for article ship before 31st October 2017. Else, you will not be able to give exam in May 2020 also.
