COEP is Maharashtra's best college. Walchand is also a very good college if you want particular branch and you are not getting in COEP then you should go for Walchand, but I think you should always think for COEP since you will get more industry oriented knowledge and also in Pune there are various companies so you can get job opportunities in Pune itself.

However a student is declared to have cleared MHT CET only and only if he has cleared his HSC board examination.
