An alternative that you can go for if you're dedicated enough is to get a comprehensive list of topics that are covered/asked in CAT, and then search for online tutorials on YouTube. For a fact I know that all QA and DA topics are covered. You can check for VA too.

Hi,
I assume you have taken a gap year to prepare for your MBA exams. Apart from MAT, I suggest you also opt for other entrance exams so that you have a backup option as well. To keep yourself busy during the gap year, you can enrol in some short courses, learn a new language, opt for an internship, volunteer somewhere, etc.
All the best.
Dear Razor Blake. Preparation for CAT leads you for the best future. so prepare CAT get admission into best B-schools. that will leads you better future. all the best.
You have not mentioned about the stream and subjects. In my point of view, you should not be dependent on any particular book. Just go through the syllabus, search the topics on Google with GATE, IIT, MIT lectures tags. You will definitely get something useful.
It is generally carried out in Jan-Feb. You must prepare with all sections in first two months and rest two months should be focused only on giving mock tests and rectifying mistakes.
Make sure you devote 6 hours daily.
It is recommended that you do B.Tech at a lower ranked college or any other degree of your choice as spending another year in JEE preparation is not a guarantee of getting admission in IIT.
For admission to a college of their choice, the aspirant must ensure they know about the different B. Des eligibility requirements. Once a student has completed high school from a recognised educational board, they will need to apply directly to a B. Des programme, either by direct admission to colleges or by multiple entrances and counselling afterwards. They must ensure that they give the entrance examination required for the admission process. If a student has completed a Diploma course in design that the AICTE has accredited, they can follow B. Des as well. The first step in this process is filling up the entrance exam's admission form... Hello Abhishek,
As you said, you don't want any private or abroad option and if you really want to do MBBS through AIPMT then drop again, but be determined because if you drop again and again no option will be left for you in future.
If you think and if you trust yourself that you will crack JEE, drop one year. Otherwise, opt for other courses.
Engineering isn't only thing is this world. There are so many other options.
Good luck.
You can try Arihant books on LR and DI. Quant by S. Chand and AS Agarwal. For verbal, you can use Disha publications.

Hello Lakshya,
There are many coaching institutes which operate in Delhi and Mukherjee Nagar also. Every Institute claims that it students have performed well in the examination by printing photographs but it must be taken with a Pinch of salt. Fundamentally, all these coaching institutes improve on some aspects of a student like faster solving of paper and right selection in multiple choice scenario. However, from Shiksha platform we cannot recommend a particular name for coaching institute. You can approach some of them personally and find out about their fees, duration and faculty and then take a knowledgeable decision.
