Fundamentally the syllabus if both these exams is similar. Of course, former is as per syllabus of state board while latter is as per CBSE syllabus. But then, JEE is different cup of tea. Fundamentals are required to be upto date. Hence, it follows that if a student is preparing for JEE, then I am sure it will be much simpler to clear MH-CET.
