No, you can not apply for JEE Mains exam. For JEE Mains 2018, you should have passed class 12th/equivalent not earlier than 2016. For the case of late results- If a candidate appeared in class 12th/equivalent exam in 2015 but got his result cleared in 2016, they are not eligible to apply for JEE Mains 2018. They only allowed for three consecutive years after 12th for JEE Mains and 2 for JEE Advanced.

Yes, May 2018 attempt of MAT exam going to be conducted for 2018 admissions only. The score card is valid for 1 year.

The chances of a question from previous years' being repeated "as it is" in the MBA entrance exams are quite slim. Nevertheless, it is always beneficial to go through those questions as it helps in understanding the difficulty level and pattern of the exam in general.

I think your MHCET marks are too low to apply in COEP. It is one of the best colleges in Maharashtra after IIT so if you have got above 150 in JEE the chances will be more for general category.

If you are 12th passed, then you can appear for MHT CET. There is no age limit as well which is in your favour. If you get a seat, then you will have to apply for a TC and migration Certificate and join your new college.
