Possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ ST/ PwD category candidates) or equivalent CGPA. Candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree from a recognised University with Chemistry for three years/six semesters. Minimum Educational Qualification for engineering graduates/students should be treated as removed for this programme and these candidates will be admitted based on their JAM rank only.

Required score to get admission in CMC depends upon the cut-off.
You need to have your rank under 2000 to get into this college
And for AIIMS your percentile should be above 95.

Last year, scoring 450 marks was considered as safe, whereas, in 2017, it was 550 marks plus. So, the cut-off is decided by the no. Of students appeared along with the no. Of students scored the highest marks. As everyone has said, it will be safe to score 600 marks in NEET 2018. I would suggest you focus on scoring 700 marks. Regards.

Depending on the category you are applying under, cutoffs for various colleges, and whether you are applying to a government or private institution, admission to a medical course is not guaranteed. For private medical colleges, 430 will do the job but to get a government medical college, you need 460 marks. The cut-off in different states are different so that the variation in cut-off can be observed.

For information regarding this, it would be advisable that you get in touch with college/university authorities directly. The general eligibility conditions are mentioned below:
Candidates have to be a citizen of the country.
Candidates should be at least have an age of 18 years.
The upper age limit for the general category would be 25 years, and for SC/ST there is a relaxation of 5 years.
