For getting better a score in NEET say 450+, you need to be very thorough with the NCERTs of Standard 11th and 12th. Also you need to improve your MCQ solving skill and solve as many as MCQs as you can. This will surely boost your confidence.
For IPMAT you must be very comfortable with NCERT Maths. It forms the basis for all the concepts which we learn and practice from other sources. Meanwhile, you can start reading News dailies, Magazines to strengthen your English grammar. Though, I won't recommend any particular source, you can refer to content available on online stores.
