<p>With a NEET 2024 score of 408 and AIR of 363,396 in SC category, getting an MBBS seat in government medical college under the All India Quota is not possible, since the closing ranks in recent years for SC candidates have been much lower. You can possibly get better opportunities under state quota in your home state, where cutoffs are comparatively lower. This depends on your hard work and sincerity. If you have just passed 10+2, it would be great to prepare by self study. Go ahead and give your 100%. But if you have already dropped a year, it would not be a great idea to go for it again. I have seen many students dropping 2-3 years, and still left with nothing. I would suggest you to secure admission in some course (say B.A. Or B.Sc. ). And simultaneously prepare for NEET. Again dropping a year will not be a good decision because you cannot start studying the same thing over and over again. Good luck.
It is solely dependent on the person who opting for the course if We talk about marrow, marrow provides more detailed course preparation. However, DAMS provides more concise lectures for NEET PG preparation as compared to above-mentioned.
