No, JEE Mains paper 2 can only get you admission into NITs, for IIT you have to qualify both JEE Advanced paper and AAT and get a rank in the open category. After that only you are eligible for admission into IITs for B.Arch or else you can't.

If you are from Chandigarh then you have more chances because I think CCA has 40 seats in which 35 for Chandigarh students and 5 for other states. So, you need to score 260+ to get a seat here (if you are not coming from home state quota) and 230+ if you are from Chandigarh.

General category students need to score 95+ percentile in order to get admission in NIT, but you can keep an eye on the website if the cutoff criteria falls for any NIT.

Yes, this score is more than enough for getting into DY Patil.
192 marks in JEE and 64 percent in boards are enough.
Also, you should keep an eye on the admission dates and schedule of counselling. There are some chances of shuffling of dates. So keep an eye on it.

Hello, hope you are doing well. You have 113 marks in NATA, so most probably you are eligible to get government colleges of your state. Also, you can try for CEPT University, MS University, Nirma University, etc. which will offer you a good environment as well as you will easily get admission in these colleges.

Chances are very low with this score in JEE Mains paper 2, but you must give a try and participate in counselling. May be in the last round, you can get a seat in this college.
