Hello Mandeep,
The cut-off varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff which can help you in figuring out the appropriate college and seat.

With a score of 154 in NEET, it will be challenging to get a seat in a government medical college for B.Sc Nursing since the cut-off scores are generally higher for government colleges. Government colleges consider candidates with more NEET score for nursing. Though there could be a chance of getting admission in certain government colleges with lower cutoffs or reserved categories, depending on the state and seat availability. You could also try private nursing colleges, although fees would be more. It is best to look for specific cutoff trends and counseling updates for more precise details.

With 596 marks in NEET, you stand a good chance of getting admission to a decent medical college, but your eligibility may be influenced by your HSC marks and PCB aggregate of 40%. Many top government colleges require a higher percentage in the 12th-grade PCB subjects, which may limit your options. However, the private medical colleges can be very flexible with respect to marks, and some take students based purely on NEET scores. Explore options in private institutions, management quotas, and deemed universities. Always research specific colleges and their criteria to determine what will best fit you.

It was around 450 last year. It may rise this year. So, aim for a little more. For ESIC Medical Colleges through ESIC quota you need a rank of around 97000 to get admission in Medical college under General category. This is based upon NEET 2017 rank. However, for BDS, it's around Rank 130000 under General category. This year, it may change. However, the cut-off marks changes for various state quota seats in ESIC College.
All the best.
