Having 599 marks and being ranked 82,010 in NEET 2024, it can be difficult to get a free seat (government-funded) in a government medical college, particularly in the general category. You are more likely to get a seat in private medical colleges via management quota or scholarships, but those come with greater costs. It is recommended to inquire at individual state counseling authorities or college administration regarding scholarship space or free seats. You may also find opportunities in government-aided or less popular medical colleges in states with comparatively lower cutoffs and monitor NEET counseling developments.

The NEET-1 being relatively easier and even lesser lengthy than NEET-2.
This entire scenario of NEET 1 & 2 happened this year only in which all those students who had applied for AIPMT appeared in NEET 1. Also, all those who had not filled the form or were not satisfied with their performance were later made eligible to give the second phase exam.
