As you have scored 250 marks in NEET exam, so you cannot get admission. This year, the NEET paper was easy, so cut-off will rise due to which getting admission in any college will be difficult with such a low score. Still, I would suggest you wait for the result declaration.

Study in the time which suits you best. In which your efficiency is high. For some students early morning is suitable and for others late night. Study in slots. Divide your time. Don't sit for long hours continuously (it decreases the efficiency). Take short breaks in between. Keep out yourself from distractions.
If you think that you have clear concepts about all three subjects, then only you can score 600 or above in NEET with 2 months' preparation. Notably, for subjects like Physics if the basic concept is not clear, you may not be able to solve numerical problems.
