<p>Yes, after the declaration of the Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling seat allotment result, candidates will be given the option to upgrade the seat choice. Based on that, the counselling authorities will upgrade the seats depending on the choices entered by candidates, in case the desired seat is vacant after the institute reporting process is concluded. However, candidates must note that in case they accept a seat by reporting to the allotted institute, they will not be eligible to participate in the next round of Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling. </p>
