<p>Yes, after the declaration of the Andhra Pradesh NEET counselling seat allotment result, candidates will be given the option to upgrade the seat choice. Based on that, the counselling authorities will upgrade the seats depending on the choices entered by candidates, in case the desired seat is vacant after the institute reporting process is concluded.
