M.Sc is more like a degree for pure sciences. M.Sc Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Botany, Zoology. There is also M.Sc Computer Science in some Universities. These are typically good for folks who wish to pursue a career in academia or those who wish to do PhD's or MPhil's. I've also seen some folks do a MBA later if they change their minds and join the industry. I've also seen some people with M.Sc. Chemistry who ended up in Chemical & Pharma industries. There's also M.Sc. Pathology where people pursuing this course land up in Pathology labs or Pharma companies. MS is more like a professional course that will be more industry focused. IIIT... Hello Ariya,
I can understand your concern and angst. Don't worry. First & foremost have confidence in yourself. Say to yourself that you would be doing M.Sc next year. Secondly, start preparing. Set a time table. Assign time for all the topics of the syllabus. Assign time for relaxation activity like listening to music or singing or playing or TV, etc. Assign time for exercise, yoga & pranayam. They will come in handy during exam time. Try to take mock test if feasible. That's all.
Sorry for the inconvenience

Indira Gandhi University (IGU) Meerpur generally provides three re-appear opportunities for students to clear their M.Sc exams, though the exact policy may vary depending on the department. Students failing a subject must apply for re-appear exams during the supplementary session, paying the required re-exam fee. It is important to maintain the overall maximum duration of the programme (usually four years for a two-year course) while clearing all pending papers. Academic advisors at IGU recommend students to seek remedial classes and previous question papers to prepare better for the re-appear exams.

To get admitted to an MSc Microbiology programme now, you'll need to meet the eligibility criteria, which typically includes a relevant Bachelor's degree (like BSc Microbiology) and potentially passing an entrance exam. Since your BSc was in 2009, you'll need to check if any time-related restrictions exist for the specific programs you're interested in.
