So you seem to be more interested towards salary package. Be clear what you want to do. Identify what skills, knowledge you have. If you have strong managerial, personnel management skills then you can choose MBA / PGDM and do it in a renowned institution. You will definitely get a good package, if you skills are pleasing! This is one option. Second, after doing B.Sc chemistry honors you will be getting an average package of 2-3 LPA. I will suggest you to go for B.Sc from some IIT.

In general the fees depends upon what course u r enrolling for. please don't waste your money in training yourself for cabin crew or ground staff. if you want to get into these, you will be trained by the respective airline according to their criteria.
if you want to go ahead with airport management or ticketing. I suggest go for IATA based courses. you can opt for MBA in aviation or airport management too.
Ofcourse, if you want to be a pilot, u need to get a CPL which costs anything between 23 to 35 lakhs depending upon the institution

We cant compare these courses, because Pharma. D is a doctorate course with 6 years as duration and the average cost would be ranging from Rs.13 Lacs to 20 Lacs for whole course. Candidates would become Equivalent/Similar to an MBBS Doctor in terms of value in a hospital ( A Pharma. 1. Clear pass in 10+2 or eq. exam with min. 50%.
2. English as a main subject.
If you clear both the situations then you have to appear for the entrance test then GD & finally for a PI. Then you can pursue HM.
