Hello Mayuri,
Yes, you can. But you need to put a lot of efforts.
You can clear JEE Mains easily, but for JEE Advanced it is advisable to have a coaching.

You need to practice a lot of problems and it is better to practice within time limits. You can refer to good books as well.
They include: NCERT for getting a clear conceptual knowledge in PCM, for physics, you can go for H. C. VERMA volume 1&2 and Arihant books. For chemistry, you can refer to P. Bahadur, O. P. Tandon books. For maths, you can go ... View more

I think the best way to get prepare for IIT JAM 2023 is the coaching or a proper guidance. First, you need to get all the information regarding the pattern, cutoff etc. As the first part has already done and you are in the second phase where you have to enhance for performance in 2nd season. So you need to do some previous year question paper and go for a test series. Check your analysis after every test and correct for mistake and back your speed. Just go through all the topics and focus on what you have done. Don't cover the syllabus you haven't read yet.
You should do smart work rather than the hard work and also make up speed by practicing mock test and then see the difference in your speed and score.
