Why do you want to go for management seat? It always has higher fee. In case you missed out on their entrance test or didn't clear it, try for admission in some other good universities like LPU, Banasthali, Amity, etc, where admissions are going on these days.
All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Some even offer good scholarships. Check their websites for more details.

MHCET or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is conducted by the DTE (Directorate of Technical Education), Maharashtra for admissions to first year Engineering and Technology programs (BE/B.Tech) and Pharmacy programmes (B.Pharma/Pharma.D) in the state.
