Yes, it is possible. But you have to assign separate timings for the preparation of NEET daily. You have to study at-least 4 hours a day to prepare well for NEET. You will need to keep your NCERT syllabus on tips and can also refer to the study material provided by any coaching institute. Also, try to practice MCQ questions of each and every subject every Sunday.
There is no perfect timing to start your preparation but you should always start as early as you can. I think 8 to 10 months of decent preparation will get you in your dream college. Firstly you should start with English Language and focused on reading.

Allocate min and max time required to study
Start from the scratch, never ever think that you know everything about something

Start round 2 systematically (with schedule)
Solve MTP and previous year papers
