Portfolio encompasses all your projects and things you've worked on. Companies offer you internships and jobs based on that. At least to my knowledge, presently no state is conducting LEET in Hindi. All states are conducting it in English only. The reason could be it's state specific exam. All the teaching is done only in English, etc.
