If you would like to be a pilot in the Indian Air Force, you can do so by taking the NDA entrance exam after Class XIIth with Physics & Math.
In this case your training is free and you will be paid a decent stipend throughout your 3 years of training at the NDA, followed by specialized training at the Air Force Academy. After this, you will be commissioned as a Flying Officer and posted as a pilot at an Air Force Station.

CS on its own is enough an eligibility to get a job.
You don't need to worry about anything else.
However, in light of the current market scenario, it's necessary that you know your skills to the full that includes knowledge of law, rules and regulations.
The place form where you complete your training is also a factor as it lets people decide what exactly is your practical exposure.
Further, you need to have good communication skills, specially English alongwith good drafting skills.

You can go for graduation with hons in physics, Chemistry, Maths, Computer Engineering etc. You can pursue engineering in any field.
