Cracking the entrance test is not that tough, and yes 1 month of serious dedication is enough for the exam. Study 2-3 hours every day of a week for the month, that's enough. CAT exam is conducted, generally, in the last week of November or first Sunday of December. For IIMs and top B-Schools, you need to start studying at least 8 months before the exam date. In JEE Mains, the questions are not that tough but they require high conceptual knowledge and solving skills.
The questions are from PCM only based on classes 11th & 12th syllabi (NCERT).
First, you can go through the concepts in PCM as they play a major role in any of the exams.
The questions in JEE Mains will be generally easy but you need to master the concepts to be fast in answering as the time is not more.
You can prefer NCERT books for getting conceptual clarity. Then you can prefer TMH (Tata Mc Graw Hill) and Arihant books for PCM concepts as well as problems.

If I understand your question correctly, you failed some of your B.Sc. Exams in 2019 and reappeared for them. However, there was some issue with the results and you were not able to correct it. TSICET mock test is a simulation of actual exam. Candidates will come across questions and test structure similar to that followed in the exam. Candidates must analyse where they lag while taking the mock test. If they find any particular topic difficult they must revisit that particular topic. No, there is no sports person quota in the IITs so you start preparing for JEE Advanced.
It's not possible to prepare for Advanced level in just 22 days. However, 22 days are just enough for the revision of topics and mocks. In order to prepare more in these 22 days, make a strategy of solving more and more of practice papers and mocks. Keep time for revision and analysis of past years papers so as to spot which area to focus more. All the best.

Congratulations for clearing JEE Mains. Starting to prepare at this 11th hour for the JEE Advanced is not going to help. JEE Advanced requires thorough preparation from Day 1.
