You can start preparing for NDA from now. More practice could give you best results. Purchase materials available in market, do practice continuously, in case if you have any doubt check youtube. Most of the questions asked will be basic level and entirely from your 10+2 syllabus itself. So, you need not to worry about syllabus.

Preparing for CAT is a little harder but not impossible. It requires a lot of patience.
1. Start reading newspapers to increase your verbal ability.
2. Revise all important functions and concepts before solving CAT-level questions.
3. (If you can afford it) Try to enroll in a good institution/test series.
4. Give one mock test per week.
5. Also practice sectional tests
6. Last but not least, stay calm and focused.
